standard tanning spray (30mg) & mouth drop (30mg)

- have a few squirts of nose spray up each nostril daily alongside the mouth drops, put a few drops under your tongue and hold for 30 seconds before swallowing.
- repeat process within 10 minutes before using a sunbed or uv exposure
